Douglas County PUD Commissioners Ron Skagen, Jim Davis and Lynn Heminger executed the following actions during the January 23, 2012 Commission meeting held at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office:
Approved acceptance of work and final payment to TJE LLC under contract 08-32-D, traffic control flagging. All work has been completed and determined to meet bid specifications. (12-008)
Authorized a request for qualifications, 12-03-D, material testing services. Necessary to ensure sound engineering practices for upcoming construction projects. (12-009)
Approved release of easement for Doug Bromiley. The easement is no longer necessary. (12-010)
Authorized partial release of easement for Noreen Daling. A portion of the easement is no longer necessary. (12-011)
Approved purchase of an easement from CDL Developments, LLC. Necessary for the Douglas-Rapids 230 kV transmission corridor. (12-012)
Authorized purchase of an easement from Cuong Ly and Anh Luu. Necessary for the Douglas-Rapids 230 kV transmission corridor.(12-013)
Approved purchase of an easement from Donna Marleen Witten. Necessary for the Douglas-Rapids 230 kV transmission corridor. (12-014)
The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. January 30, 2012 at the District’s East Wenatchee Headquarters office.
