Douglas County PUD Commissioners Jim Davis, Lynn Heminger and Mike Doneen executed the following actions during the February 23, 2004 Commission meeting held at the East Wenatchee Headquarters building:
Approved the incidental take permit for the Methow spring chinook program. This permit will allow Douglas PUD to implement a spring chinook program consistent with the provisions of the proposed Wells Habitat Conservation Plan. (04-31)
