Approved acceptance of a subdivision power facilities agreement for Blueridge Subdivision. The developer, Martin Davy, has paid the contribution in aid of construction and provided a secured funds account in the total amount of $79,178. (06-199)
Authorized a call for bids under bid document 06-31-D, communication conduit. To keep up with new construction demand, the District needs to purchase 100,000 feet of 2-inch orange communication conduit and 500 2-inch orange communication sweeps. (06-200)
Authorized a green certificate purchase and sale agreement with Energy Northwest. Under this arrangement Energy Northwest has the right to claim and report non-power attributes associated with a portion of the District’s share of the output from the Nine Canyon Wind Project occurring during the period of January through December 2006.
