Authorized an interconnection and service agreement with InterGate.Columbia I LLC, a State of Washington LLC controlled by the Sabey Corporation. The contract is to supply up to 30 megawatts of electricity to Sabey’s site near the Pangborn Memorial Airport. Sabey is a Tukwilla, Washington based infrastructure company that provides facilities for commercial data centers. (06-196)
Approved acceptance of the 4X4 loader backhoe and 20 ton tilt trailer from Central Machinery Sales, Inc. under contract 06-06-D. Staff has inspected the trailer and found it to be in full compliance with the contract. (06-197)
