Bonneville Power Administration - BPA distributes and markets power throughout the western United States. Originally one of Franklin D. Roosevelt's "alphabet" agencies, BPA is a critically important player in the Northwest energy picture.

Hydrology And Fish Related Web Sites

USGS Water Resources Information - This page is the jumping off point for all the regional offices. If you click through to the Washington State office, you can both near real-time and historical water data for all the major waterways in our state.
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration - From general El Nino info to satellite weather data, NOAA's site is an excellent starting point for any research regarding our oceans and skies.
Bureau of Reclamation - Protectors and monitors of water resources throughout the western United States, the Bureau of Reclamation can provide snow pack data, stream flow data, and many other interesting pieces of information.
National Operational Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center - NOHRSC is the keeper of water and snow information both past and present. You can obtain satellite images of Red River flooding in 1997, for example.
Fish Passage Center - The Fish Passage Center (FPC) provides current and historic data on salmon and steelhead passage in the main stem Snake and Columbia river basins.
Foster Creek Conservation District - FCCD is mandated to develop and administer voluntary, non-regulatory programs to conserve natural resources. Governed by a board of volunteer supervisors from the local community, the Foster Creek Conservation District identifies local conservation problems, guides voluntary local solutions, and sets policies where needed.
