Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County (“District”) hereby gives notice that it requests the following professional services:
Bird hazing at Wells Hatchery and Wells Dam tailwater. Qualified contractors are needed to perform hazing of fish eating birds from June 1 to June 30 each year of the contract.
Firms responding to this notice must be properly licensed. All responding firms must submit a letter of interest, a detailed proposal for the scope of service outlined in the request for proposals, a list of completed projects, and no less than three references with telephone number. After screening the materials received, the District may request interviews with selected firms. The District anticipates selection of the professional by August 30, 2010.
