Public Utility District No. 1 of Douglas County hereby gives notice that it requests the qualifications of firms interested in providing the following professional services related to Material Testing Services.
Firms responding to this notice must be properly licensed. All responding firms must submit a letter of interest; a statement of qualifications; a list of related completed projects; a list of planned projects; no less than three references with telephone numbers; staff with an organizational chart; and a general brochure describing the firm’s activities. After screening the materials received, the District may request interviews with selected firms.

Instructions for submitting responses are outlined in the Request for Qualifications 12-03-D. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, February 22, 2012, in the District’s East Wenatchee headquarters office.
